Patient Survey

In 2015 Cleveland County EMS began to survey patients being transported by ambulance in order to understand how patients viewed their transport experience.
Once a quarter patients that are transported by ambulance are invited to complete a ten (10) question survey to rate their experience. This data will aid in identifying specific areas to improve patient care and quality of service during their incident.
